We have listed some frequently asked questions with the answers for you. Do feel free to drop an email if you have other queries. :)

Shipping & Processing
For Singapore Orders Only
We strive to ship orders next day, however, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends & public holidays.
It will take about 5-7 working days from the day we ship, for your package to reach you.
Therefore that sums up to about 12 working days from the day you place an order.
Please do note that in some cases (eg. sales or promotional period) the shipment will take longer than 12 days if we face high sales traffic.

What do I do if I need my package urgently?/ I opted for Self pick up, whats next?
You can always do a self pick. However, please note that self pick up is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 8pm.
Please WhatsApp us at +65 80864553 with your order number as soon as you place an order and we will update you once your package is ready for pick up.
Please note that self pick up orders will take 1-2 days to be ready.



I gave a wrong address, what do i do?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Our team begins processing and packing orders promptly, so address changes aren't possible after shipping.
Please note that Petals and Aura cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.


What is the shelf life of the body care products?
All our body care products have a shelf life of 6-8 months.

 

I have eczema prone skin, can I use your products?
All our products are formulated with sensitive skin friendly ingredients. However, please opt for the unscented ones and look through our ingredients before placing an order. Unsure but would like to give it a try, we also offer the sample bundle.
Always do a patch test before usage.



Why don't you offer larger lotion bottles?
We currently focus on smaller sizes as we make them in small batches to ensure highest quality and freshness with each use. Our lotions are crafted with sensitive skin in mind, so we want you to experience it at its best.



Is the body scrub safe for dry skin, does it make the skin even drier?

Our body scrubs have shea butter as on of the ingredients, making it the perfect scrub for dry skin. It hydrates the skin and leaves your skin super smooth!






Does the turmeric body scrub leave a yellow stain?

Since our turmeric body scrub is made of wild turmeric, there are less chances of stains after use. However, turmeric is not only well known for its brightening and whitening benefits but is also well known for leaving a yellow stain. Thus, you can either choose to wear dark undergarments and clothes after use or wash your body with a body wash after rinsing the turmeric scrub off.

 

Can I use the body lotions and scrub on my face?
No.
Please do NOT use on face. These are meant for body.

 

I would like to place a bulk order, what do I do?
We accept bulk orders. Please email us at petalsandaura@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to assist you!

 

Whats your Returns & Exchange policy?

Please note that all sales are non refundable and exchangeable.

We accept returns & exchange only

  • If your package came damaged and in an unworkable condition, please email petalsandaura@gmail.com, photos of the damaged items within 24hrs of receiving the order. Since the damage will have occurred during shipping, which is not our responsibility, you will be eligible for an exchange product on the house but will need to pay the shipping fee.
    Please state 'Returns <ORDER NUMBER>' in the subject of the email.

 

Please note that all our products are hand poured and handcrafted by us locally, thus there are very minimal chances of some imperfections in the packagings. We do not accept any returns and exchange for any imperfect packaging.

All bulk/customised orders are non refundable and exchangeable.
